When we transfer your personal information outside the EEA we do so in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws such as the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia where the Head Office of Better Recovery is located and only for the express benefit of our clients.

We store your personal information through affiliate Practice Management Software providers only utilising their secured servers, and use procedures designed to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access including restricting software access to employees through a multi-factor identification process each time our staff login to the software, destruction, use, modification or disclosure.
